To achieve SuperHome status your home’s carbon emissions must be reduced by at least 60%. However, everyone house for which a major eco-retrofit is planned is potentially an ‘Aspiring SuperHome’.To be listed as an Aspiring SuperHome owner you must:

• Be planning to eco-retrofit your home to the SuperHome standard
• Be prepared to share your experience as an inspiration to others

To share your experience you might:

• Invite neighbours to see your plans and view work in progress
• Share your learning through an article, video diary or ‘How to…’
• Join the SuperHomes network on completion and host open days
