We would be most grateful for your recommendations. In particular, we’d like to know:

• Who supplied the knowledge of what to specify for your retrofit
• Who the general builder was
• Names and details of suppliers of specialist materials and equipment
• Names and details of specialist installers
• Your opinion of their performance, rated out of five
