- Loft insulation 100-200mm
- Ventilation rates reduced by sealing joints, and house pressure tested
- Most of floor and skirting gaps sealed
- Low energy lighting
- Sunpipe also fitted
- Low energy appliances
- No appliances in the house, but have plans to install an ‘eco kitchen’
