  • MVHR installed (Sentinel Kinetic BH x 1) with radial semi rigid ducting (SEE SPECIFICATION);all sorces of “natural” ventilation sealed
  • Re-used existing boiler; replaced existing radiator and pipe system
  • Rais Q Tee log burning insert stove installed
  • Solar thermal panels planned in 3rd phase of the project
